"PRECISION SPELLS"

Class: Mage, Necromancer, Wizard

Precision spells is a skill that increases the ability for spellcasters to
land critical hits with spells.  Critical spell hits do more damage and the
increase in damage is also affected by this skill.  To see your chance for
critical hits with physical or magical attacks, use the COMBAT command.
